On Recent my visit to Bird Sanctuary I took this picture with lots of patience and calcluations , On result I got desired result. For best bird photography it is necessary to catch action on right time and catch light on eye of bird and little bit luck also involved in nature photography. Some Calcluations do wonder such like:-

Bird sit on which direction and In which direction it will be flying.
High Speed Set On Camera With Required Depth Of Feild For Freeze The Action
Steady Triopd Or Fast Lense To Hand Held Photography
But I Prefer Steady Tripod With Continues Shooting.

Specially I will Mentioned A PATIENCE 

In my three day tour I daily picked the many shots of Black-Shouldered Kite and every time I waited for it to fly and wait an hour to hour but it always flew on wrong side on that day I stood with my tripod with approx an hour and got desired result. I love to catch Bird flying on sky. So I Did it . :))
